- 2. A consultant calls you back. Usually within 30 minutes during business hours, on the phone or WhatsApp number you give us.
- 3. We confirm the exact fare. Hotel categories, dates and group size are locked in writing before you pay anything.
- 4. You travel with backup. An on-ground coordinator in India stays reachable for your whole trip.
